THE TWO CHAMPIONS IN MARKETING LOGISTICS JOIN FORCES TO TOP EUROPE

  • STACI, the leader in B2B fulfillment services, has announced the acquisition of its main competitor, EURODISLOG, in view of strengthening its offer to major accounts eager to outsource their supply chain in France or abroad.
  • STACI reinforces its leadership position as the key player in a rapidly changing market that faces technological and digital innovations.

 

A LOGICAL AND STRATEGICAL MOVE

The leader in fulfillment services, who has achieved 172Mio € sales in 2017 and a 12% growth in first quarter 2018, is acquiring EURODISLOG, a company offering similar activities to STACI’s for the past 25 years, in the highly specialised sector of point of sales and field sales forces logistics.
With comparable expertise and know-how in fulfillment, warehousing and distribution as well as owning the inventory and order to cash services, both companies offer high added value logistics services.
Given the strong synergies in terms of business growth with clients in retail, services, automotive, pharmaceuticals industries, energy, banking and insurance sectors for STACI, and in the food and beverage industry for EURODISLOG, consolidation of both businesses was an evident choice.

 

A NEW DIMENSION FOR INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

Both companies have joined forces with a shared vision in terms of boosting their development, particularly at an international level. Taking advantage of their synergies while sharing and combining resources, STACI and EURODISLOG intend to build a European leader in fulfillment serrvices and logistics. Adding 8 logistics platforms for a total of 65,000 m², 115 employees and annual sales of of €35M, the acquisition of EURODISLOG significantly strengthens STACI’s position in Europe.

With an existing setup of 47 logistics platforms, STACI continues to develop its European network and will inaugurate 6 new warehouses for total of 50,000 m² in the second half of 2018 in Hem, Bondoufle and Saint-Ouen l’Aumône in France, Milan in Italy, Düsseldorf in Germany and Barcelona in Spain.
STACI is also moving forward with innovation and continues the development of a new version of E-CATS – a market place to go live in the first quarter of 2019.

The STACI Goup will bring together all STACI’s and EURODISLOG’s 2015 employees.
