bpostgroup has been Staci shareholder since August 2024, alongside the managers. Staci’s Board of Directors has overall control of the company’s operations, business development, administration and HR policy, and is backed by local managers in each of its overseas subsidiaries. The Group’s objective is to optimise the company’s development and ensure its long-term future.
