STACI Kit-Fid® reflects the organisation of the Customer relationship management put in place by STACI for hosting and monitoring the most suitable logistics solutions. Kit-Fid® demonstrates our commitment to quality through the installation of dedicated teams on-site (Customer Service Managers and Account Managers) that guarantee the follow-up of each project or contract. For each customer, the STACI Kit-Fid® also contains regular steering committees, dashboards, performance indicators, a summary of quality performance and Call Centre activity reports.
